Yesteryear Collection



The Hampshire County Constabulary came into being in 1839. In 1943 it became part of the Hampshire Joint Police Force having merged with the Isle of Wight Constabulary. From 1952 it was known as the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary which existed until 1967 when following the amalgamation with the Southampton City and Portsmouth City forces, it became the Hampshire Constabulary. The model depicts a vehicle of the period in Hampshire Constabulary livery and bears a Hampshire registration number.
